With the announcement of the 166 MHz Embedded Processor Module with MMX™ technology, which will be available soon, designers have a clear upgrade choice from the 133 MHz classic Embedded Processor Module available today. This straight forward replacement of the module itself, with no need to redesign the product from the ground up, allows designers to build products in various price/performance versions.
